UBAP2 (Ubiquitin associated protein 2) is a novel gene expressed in human adrenal gland. It consists of an ubiquitin-associated domain associated with ubiquitination pathway. In humans, it is located on chromosome HSA9p13.2.
Application
ANTI-UBAP2 (N-TERM) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for immunohistochemistry (1:50-1:100) and western blot analysis (1:250-1:500).
Biochem/physiol Actions
UBAP2 (Ubiquitin associated protein 2) participates in the ubiquitination pathway in association with ubiquitin.
Physical form
Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
