General description
Fast, convenient, accurate filling or washing of microplates from an external reservoir. All inert polypropylene-and-glass construction with a PTFE plunger. Set manifold by inserting spacers for 100, 200, or 250 μL and dispense into eight wells at a time (spacing set for 96 well plates).
Unit includes 500 mL plastic bottle with 288 mm cap assembly with bottle inlet tubing and Luer fitting, 3 dispense volume spacers, one 30 in. long Tygon remote inlet tubing.
Features and Benefits
- Eight-port manifold, designed for 96-well microplates, delivers fluids in volumes of 100, 200, 250, or 300 μL with well-to-well accuracy of 5% or better.
- Constructed of polypropylene, PTFE, glass, and ceramics, there is no exposed glass that can break and requires minimal maintenance.
- Compatible with most reagents and chemicals and designed so that even protein-based reagents won′t cause sticking.
- Filtered air vent keeps liquids free of contaminants.
- Priming line allows recirculation into the dispenser port without removing the bottle.
