The product MAK106 uses linear regression fitting. The standard curve is prepared based on the donor particle concentration indicated on the label, which is batch-specific. The standard curve in table 2 is representative and for example purposes only. It's important to note that the concentrations may vary. The pmole values are calculated through dimension analysis using the amount of donor particle solution used and any subsequent dilution. For example, the most concentrated standard can be calculated by considering the volume of the donor particle. In this case, the most concentrated standard has 130 pmoles. Each subsequent dilution is two times less concentrated, resulting in concentrations of 65, 32.5, 16.25, and 8.1 pmoles.
