When redesigning the epT.I.P.S.®/[TM"=ep Dualfilter T.I.P.S."] Single-Use Racks, Eppendorf paid particular attention to using as little plastic as possible while optimizing handling. Improved sustainability without affecting tip quality 20% to 35% less polypropylene for production depending on rack size is the result of intensive development work.
Optimization of the rack also gives more ease of use and more safety. The new purity sticker on the front of the rack connects the lid and bottom and guarantees the integrity of the sterility of the tips inside. Please remove the sticker before opening. The new rack lid is reclosable. To open, press the front of the lid in the middle. A click signals that the rack is securely closed again and regardless of their size, the new racks can also be carried with small hands on the side.
