What is the method for determining positive samples?
1 answer-
To determine positive samples, it is necessary to run a number of negative control, pre-COVID, samples in the assay and obtain an average MFI for each antigen to compare to the unknown samples. It's important to note that the positive and negative controls do not play a role in determining whether customer samples are positive or negative for COVID.
