Questions

1–2 of 2 Questions
  1. Could you provide information on the proportions or ratio of Oligomycin A, B, and C in this mixture? Additionally, are the proportions consistent between lots?

    1 answer
    1. The isomer ratio of product 495455 has not been determined. It is known that the total (A+B+C) is greater than or equal to 90 percent.

      Helpful?

  2. As for the oligomycin(495455),what solvent can I use to dissolve it in order to preserve it as long as possible?

    1 answer
    1. Oligomycin is soluble in DMSO at 50 mg/mL, in ethanol at 250 mg/mL, and in acetone at 50 mg/mL. The solution is stable for at least a week at 0-4 °C and for several months when stored frozen in aliquots at -20 °C.
