General description

completely denatured with 1% Ethyl methyl ketone, 1% Isopropyl alcohol, 1g/100l Denatonium benzoate EMSURE®

Application

  • Chemical constituents from the Saposhnikovia divaricata and their antiproliferative activity.: This study utilized ethanol for analysis in the extraction and identification of chemical constituents from Saposhnikovia divaricata, which demonstrated significant antiproliferative activity against cancer cells (Sun et al., 2024).

  • In Vitro Bioactivities and Characterization of Mycelial Extracts from Different Strains of Phellinus igniarius (Agaricomycetes).: The research employed ethanol for analysis to extract bioactive compounds from various strains of Phellinus igniarius, showcasing their potential medicinal properties (Dong et al., 2024).

  • Antitussive, Expectorant and Antipyretic Effect of the Ethanolic Extract of the Leaves of Momordica charantia L.: This study used ethanol for analysis to prepare extracts from Momordica charantia leaves, which exhibited significant antitussive, expectorant, and antipyretic effects (Ribeiro et al., 2024).

  • Optimization of guar gum-based anti-browning coating for prolonging the shelf life of cut potatoes.: Ethanol for analysis was utilized in optimizing a guar gum-based coating, effectively extending the shelf life of cut potatoes by preventing browning (Mondal et al., 2024).
