The ribosome is a large RNP complex but its main enzymatic activity, the peptidyl transferase, is a ribozyme. As many RNA enzymes use divalent metal ions in catalysis, one of the hypotheses put forward proposed that metal ions might aid

The experimental parameters critical for the implementation of multidimensional solid-state NMR experiments that incorporate heteronuclear spin exchange at the magic angle are discussed. This family of experiments is exemplified by the three-dimensional experiment that correlates the (1)H chemical shift, (1)H-(15)N

NMR spin diffusion experiments have the potential to provide both resonance assignment and internuclear distances for protein structure determination in oriented solid-state NMR. In this paper, we compared the efficiencies of three spin diffusion experiments: proton-driven spin diffusion (PDSD), cross-relaxation-driven

We present new sensitivity enhanced schemes for heteronuclear correlation spectroscopy (HETCOR) in solid-state NMR of oriented systems. These schemes will enhance the sensitivity of the HETCOR by 40% for the two-dimensional experiments (SE-HETCOR) and up to 180% for the 3D

Questions

  1. Storage temperature? Storage temperature when already diluted?

    1 answer
    1. This product may be stored at room temperature. The stability of this compound in solution has not been determined. However various external sources state that this product may be stored in aliquots at -80°C for 2 years and -20°C, for 1 year. This information has not been validated.
