Application
Tetrakis(decyl)ammonium bromide acts as a phase transfer agent for:
- Platinum salts from aqueous to organic phase during the synthesis of platinum nanocrystals.
- Gold ions from an aqueous to an organic phase during the synthesis of gold nanoparticles.
- The alkylation of (E)‐pyridine aldoximes and (E)‐ketoximes with dihalohydrins.
