Opis

General description

Concentrate 250 mL to under 20 mL in just a few minutes or concentrate one liter 50 times in less than 30 minutes. Alternatively use two Vivaflow 200 in parallel and concentrate 5 liters in under 75 minutes. Near total sample recoveries can be expected with most solutions. Desalting or buffer exchange is just as quick when using the optional recirculation assembly available from Sartorius. The economical standard package comes complete with tubing, pressure control gauge, flow restrictor and high pressure pump tubing. All you need is a peristaltic pump capable of handling 6.4 mm O.D. tubing. Should your pump head require larger tubing, link your own peristaltic tube up to the standard product, using the interconnector provided. Vivaflow 200 is easy to clean and can be used repeatedly.
