Opis

General description

Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1), a member of the CXC chemokine family,[1] is a small cytokine expressed by epithelial cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. It can stimulate progression, tumorigenesis, and recurrence in bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, and glioma.[2] CXCL1 is capable of specifically binding to the G protein-coupled receptor chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 2 (CXCR2).[1] This ELISA antibody pair detects feline chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1).
