Biochem/physiol Actions
Ral B (21 kDa, native), a member of the Ras-like GTP binding protein family, is a crucial link in intracellular signaling cascades.
Ral B has been implicated in invasion and metastasis of human cancer cells. Reports have shown that depletion of Ral B by siRNA results in significantly reduced migration rates of tumor cells, while constitutively active Ral B promoted migration. [1]
Physical form
Supplied as a solution in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 10 mM magnesium chloride, 1 mM DTT, and 10% glycerol.
Other Notes
GST-tagged Ras-like fusion protein
