Immunogen

GST fusion protein with sequence corresponding to residues 1106-1159 of human K_V11.1. The sequence is identical in rabbit and has 51/54, 50/54, and 50/54 residues identical in dog, mouse, and rat. Homology with related proteins: rat erg2 is 22/54 residues identical and rat erg3 is 21/54 residues identical.
