Application

10X PCR Buffer has been used as a component of the PCR mixture:

• for the amplification of viral DNA
• to amplify genomic DNA to study the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene mutations in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) individuals[1]
• to amplify 16S-23S rRNA gene internal transcribed spacer (ITS) from Bacillus sp.
