General description
- High binding surface binds medium (>10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions
- Binding capacity is approximately 400 to 500 ng IgG/cm2
- Ideal for immunoassays
- Without lids, lids supplied separately
- Bottoms are 60% thinner than conventional polystyrene plates, resulting in lower background fluorescent and enabling readings down to 340 nm
- Designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk during fluorescent assays
- Can be used for both top and bottom reading instruments
- Recommended working volume of 75 to 200 μL
- Conforms to ANSI/SBS standard microplate footprint and dimensions
