Preparation Note

Rozdzielić subkonfluentne kultury (70-80%) w stosunku 1:5 do 1:10, tj. wysiać 1-2x10 000 ^komórek/cm2 przy użyciu 0,25% trypsyny lub trypsyny/EDTA; 5%_CO2; 37°C.

EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
