Biochem/physiol Actions

ISLR2 (Linx) is a leucine-rich repeat and immunoglobulin (LIG) family protein expressed in developing sensory and motor neurons. It interacts with Trk receptor tyrosine kinases and modulate axonal extension, guidance and branching.
