Application

For rapid detection of trace amounts of Penicillin in milk using Bacillus stearothermophilus.

Preparation Note

Zawiesić 3,2 g w 100 ml wody destylowanej. Zagotować do całkowitego rozpuszczenia pożywki. Sterylizować w autoklawie w temperaturze 121°C przez 15 minut. Schłodzić do temperatury 50°C.
