Opis ogólny

This kit contains a polishing Quantum® EX cartridge and a Millipak® 20 Express filter. The purification cartridge contains organex & ionex resins to remove trace levels of organics and ions. The Millipak® filter is made of polyethersulfone for the filter and styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) housing. Connected to the outlet of the water delivery point, it removes particulates and bacteria to provide particulate- and bacteria-free water.
This kit can be used with Milli-Q® Academic / Biocel / Gradient / Synthesis systems.

  • Care-free maintenance: easily installed and replaced.
Millipak® 20 Express filter:
  • The unit is designed as a safe and efficient barrier against particulates and bacteria.
  • The membrane′s conical pores allow a high flow rate at a low differential pressure.
  • Connects to the outlet of the water delivery point, such as the PODs of Milli-Q® water purification systems.
  • The protective bell protects against intrusion of airborne bacteria contamination during dispensing.
  • Care-free maintenance: the filter is easily fitted and replaced.
  • Both items should be replaced every 6 months.

    1. Recommended storage conditions: temperatures from 5 to 30°C; humidity between 10 and 80%. The original sealed bag (if provided) must be kept intact before the first use to protect the purification element from foreign matter.

For high-flow systems, please keep in mind that all consumable changes must be approved by a 3-digit code that only the person in charge of the system knows.

  6. Can consumables be opened and refilled?

    1. Unfortunately, this is not possible because of safety issues and the need to guarantee the quality of consumables and their interior purification components. Our consumables are manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility France in agreement with high quality standards.

  7. How frequently do the various consumables need to be changed?

    1. The frequency that consumables must be changed depends on the system's usage (treated water volume) and on the consumables themselves (time of usage). In order to ensure the quality of water and your results, the consumables should be replaced when the system alerts you.
