General description

Blok konstrukcyjny do wprowadzania reszt cysteinylowych przez Fmoc SPPS. Grupa t-butylowa może być selektywnie usunięta przy użyciu tioli ^[1] lub tributylofosfiny^[2,3]. Ta grupa ochronna jest stabilna wobec TFA, jeśli nie stosuje się zmiataczy tiolowych.
