Opis

A metabolite of PGD₂ that has recently been identified as a natural ligand for PPARγ-dependent adipogenesis in transfected 3T3 cells and for PPARγ response element (PPRE) in CV-1 cells. Competes with thiazolidinediones for PPARγ binding.
