Opis

General description

Native, EACA- and lysine-free plasma from human plasma. Catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptides, arginine and lysine esters, and converts fibrin into soluble products.

Physical form

Lyophilized from 20 mM NaH2PO4, pH 7.4, with 25 mM Trehalose.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 month at -20°C.
