Opis

General description

A selective, competitive antagonist of leukotriene D₄ (LTD₄) receptor (K_i = 2.1 nM for inhibition of [³H]LTD₄ binding to human lung membranes). Also reported to inhibit multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (MRP1).

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Aqueous stock solutions in are stable for up to 1 week at -20°C; DMSO stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at -20°C. Acidic pH and heavy metals will accelerate decomposition.
