Description

Immunogen

Biochem/physiol Actions

The antibody will neutralize the biological activity of human TGF-β1, porcine TGF-β1.2, porcine TGF-β2, human TGF-β3, and amphibian TGF-β5.

The effect of intraperitoneal injection of Anti-Transforming Growth Factor-β, pan antibody produced in rabbit in monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension was studied in rat model.

Physical form

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in phosphate buffered saline containing carbohydrates.
