The ExoProStar 1-Step PCR and Sequence Reaction Clean-Up reagent provides a simple, single-step method for removing unincorporated primers and nucleotides prior to downstream analysis. illustra Exonuclease I and Alkaline Phosphatase enzymes are combined in a single, stable mix requiring just one pipetting step to set up the clean-up reaction.

illustra ExoProStar 1-Step is based on GE′s founding patents for the clean-up of PCR reactions using Exonuclease 1 and Alkaline Phosphatase. This 1-step version is not available in USA, Canada and Japan. Instead, we offer a version with the enzymes in two separate tubes, the ExoProStar.
