General description

HiTrap® NHS activated HP columns are prepacked with NHS activated Sepharose High Performance. This high-performance medium is designed for easy coupling of ligands containing primary amines.

HiTrap® NHS-activated HP is a prepacked ready to use, column for preparative affinity chromatography. The special design of the column, together with the medium, provide fast, simple and easy separations in a convenient format. The column can be operated with a syringe, peristaltic pump or liquid chromatography system such as AKTAdesign or FPLC System.
