  1. How do I mix this drug to my selection plates? Do i make a stock solution and store it? And add this drug once my media is autoclaved?

    1. These questions have been addressed below:

      Do I make a stock solution and store it?
      This product is tested for solubility in Chloroform at 50 mg/mL. Other publications suggest that this compound is also soluble in methanol at 10 mg/mL. In general, biochemical will remain in solution when diluted out in aqueous solutions or media.
      No solution stability information is available. Note that the link below indicates the compound maintains activity over a 14 – 21 day incubation period in Arabidopsis seed cultures.

      How do I mix this drug to my selection plates? And add this drug once my media is autoclaved?
      This product is not tested for use in resistance or selection.
