Application

YFLLRNP trifluoroacetate may be used as a powerful tool for differentiating the numerous possible activation states of the platelet thrombin receptor.

Biochem/physiol Actions

YFLLRNP is a Galpha12/13-stimulating peptide that activates the alpha granule secretion due to costimulation with either ADP or serotonin/epinephrine.[1]
YFLLRNP is a PAR-1-specific partial agonist.
YFLLRNP is a PAR-1-specific partial agonist. The compound selectively activates the G(12/13) signaling cascade resulting in platelet shape.

Preparation Note

YFLLRNP trifluoroacetate dissolves in deionized water at 1 mg/mL.
