Application

SUPELCOSIL LC-18 Supelguard Cartridge may be used as a guard column along with SUPELCOSIL LC-18 HPLC Column during the analysis of:
  • Synthetic food dyes in commercial soft drinks by ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC IP).
  • Drugs in plasma and brain samples by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and protein precipitation in conjunction with HPLC combined with ultraviolet (UV) detection.
