Las plaquitas para cultivo celular Millicell-24 son ideales para estudios de fijación celular, cultivo celular, diferenciación celular, transporte de medicamentos y permeabilidad. 

Aplicación

La plaquita para cultivo celular Millicell-24 de policarbonato, 0,4 μm se ha utilizado para la siembra de monocitos leucémicos humanos y células de adenocarcinoma colorrectal humano para diferenciación. También se ha utilizado para estudiar el transporte de fármacos a través de las monocapas Caco-2.

Características y beneficios

  • Poseen un acceso apical y uno basolateral para facilitar el pipeteo
  • Tiene patas que elevan la placa por encima de la superficie de trabajo cuando se desmontan de la bandeja de alimentación para evitar la contaminación de la monocapa
  • Pocillos receptores en forma de gota para evitar burbujas de aire
