General description

The bonded phase of TSKgel ODS-100Z columns is prepared by reacting the silica surface with a difunctional octadecylsilane reagent, followed by repeated endcapping with a monofunctional trimethylsilane reagent. The resulting TSKgel ODS-100Z columns contain a high density monomeric C18 bonded phase for maximum retention and selectivity of small molecular weight compounds and minimal secondary interaction with residual silanol groups.
This general purpose reversed phase column is the workhorse for analysis of small molecular weight compounds in life science applications. Lot-to-lot reproducibility stands out.
