General description
Huh-712D is one of a series of stable HDAg (Hepatitis Delta Antigen)-expressing human hepatoma cell lines that have been isolated and characterised. Huh-7D is a derivative of Huh-7 cells, which favor hepatitis C virus replication. Huh-7 cells are superior hepatic cell models compared to HepG2 cells for apolipoprotein based metabolic studies.
Cell Line Origin
Human hepatocellular carcinoma
