Anti-Integrin αV Antibody, cytoplasmic domain detects level of Integrin αV & has been published & validated for use in ELISA & WB.
ELISA: 1:500 (direct)

Western Blot: 1:500. Antibody detects a non-reducible 155 kDa band corresponding to integrin alphaV.

Optimal dilutions must be determined by the end user.
