General description

  • Corning® 96 well plates are general assay plates, ideal for solution-based assays.
  • Ultra-low attachment surface has a neutral, hydrophilic hydrogel coating which reduces binding of attachment proteins, minimizing cell attachment and spreading.
  • The surface is noncytotoxic, biologically inert, and nondegradable.
  • Black microplates have low background fluorescence and minimize light scattering.
  • Designed to reduce well-to-well cross-talk.
  • Conforms to standard microplate footprint and dimensions
  • Sterilized by gamma radiation and nonpyrogenic.

Application

These plates are general assay plates, ideal for solution-based assays (i.e. hemagglutination or precipitation assays), serial dilutions and general storage applications.
