General description

Toyopearl SP-550 resin is a strong cation exchanger useful for purification of molecules such as insulin and proteins up to 100kD. It is used for high throughput capture of feedstocks.

Application

TOYOPEARL® SP-550C columns are used in separation media and ion exchange resins.

Specifications

Clean in place with 0.5 M NaOH or 0.1 M HCl.

Physical form

Shipped in 20% (v/v) ethanol.
