Application

SGE Gas Tight Syringes, Luer Lock was used:
  • for collection of estuary water sediment, in an experimental study done to assay the anammox reaction occurring in estuary sediments.
  • to sub-sample, 15N-N2 and N2O sample gas in head-space, during measurement of annamox and denitrification in intact sediment cores.
  • with combination of PCC, which is basically a cell homogenizer, during the isolation of mitochondria, in an experimental investigation done to study the progression of human diseases.
  • for the introduction of the sample in to the GASIS (gas sampling and injection system) inlet, during the compound-specific δD and δ13C gaseous mixture analysis by mass spectrometry.
