General description

Diaion® HP-20 is a non-polar copolymer styrene-divynilbenzene adsorbent resin. It is a polymeric adsorbent used in reverse phase chromatography. It has spherical particles with 0.5mm diameter. Diaion HP-20 has been considered as the most effective adsorbent to eliminate toxic effects in fermentation. It is a synthetic adsorbent used for preconcentration and separation of traces heavy metal ions.

Application

  • Diaion® HP-20 was used as adsorbent for open column chromatography.
  • Diaion® HP-20 was used in purification of glucosides using TLC and HPLC analysis.
Polyaromatic adsorbent resin for hydrophobic compounds: antibiotics, biomolecules; useful for desalting; broad application base.
