Human transitional cell carcinoma lymphatic metastasis
Cell Line Description
UM-UC-13 was produced from a lymphatic metastasis from a transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. UM-UC-13 produced tumours in female athymic nude mice after 36 days. Susceptibility to adenoviral mediated gene transduction and expression of p53, p16, retinoblastoma protein and coxsackie adenovirus receptor were studied.
