Application

  • This poly(ether ester urethane) based on PLGA-PEG-PLGA triblock copolymers linked with a diisocyanate is a biodegradable; resorbable gel former for use in drug delivery systems.
  • This polymer doesn′t rely on temperature or pH to induce gelation and therefore form more consistent and faster-setting drug delivery depots.
  • Through combination of various gel formers and/or diluents; drug release profiles may be modulated to exhibit fast burst release through extended (up to 1 month) zero-order release profile.
