Gene Information

human ... DNM1L(10059)

General description

Dynamin 1 like (DNM1L) is a dynamin guanosine triphosphatase and a part of the dynamin superfamily of GTPases. The gene encoding DNM1L is localized on human chromosome 12p11.21. DNM1L mRNA is expressed in the kidneys. The protein is localized to the cytoplasm and when activated, translocates to membranes of organelles.

Immunogen

DNM1L (AAH24590.1, 1 a.a. ~ 710 a.a) full-length recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
