General description

Adrenergic receptors are a G-protien coupled receptors that exist in two forms, alpha or beta. Ligands for adrenergic receptors are catecholamines that induce a sympathetic response in animal cells.
Rabbit Anti-β3 Adrenergic Receptor specifically recognizes human β3 adrenergic receptor.

Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminal extracellular domain of human β3 adrenergic receptor. The immunizing peptide has 80% homology with the rat gene and 75% homology with the mouse gene.

Application

Rabbit Anti-β3 Adrenergic Receptor can be used (at 17μg/mL) for immunohistochemistry assays using human adipose tissue.

Physical form

solution in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.7, containing 0.1% sodium azide
