General description
Application
- A monomer in the synthesis of a hydrogel through free radical-induced polymerization with acrylamide. The primary use of AHPS is to introduce sulfonate groups into the hydrogel structure, enhancing its ability to adsorb methylene blue dye.
- A surface modification and functionalization agent in the development of polymeric carbon nitride nanotubes which find various applications, including biosensing, drug delivery, and environmental monitoring.
- A key component in the formulation of the nanoparticles. Its properties as a surfactant may enhance the stability anddispersion of the nanoparticles in aqueous environments, facilitating their application in controlled release systems.
