General description

Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1), a member of the CXC chemokine family, is a small cytokine expressed by epithelial cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. It can stimulate progression, tumorigenesis, and recurrence in bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, and glioma. CXCL1 is capable of specifically binding to the G protein-coupled receptor chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 2 (CXCR2). This ELISA antibody pair detects feline chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1).
