General description

Mono Q® PC 1.6/5 are precision columns (0.10 ml) prepacked with MonoBeads. The columns are designed for fast, sensitive, and high-resolution ion exchange separations of biomolecules at micropreparative scale.

Features and Benefits

  • Monodisperse 10 μm porous beads yield high resolution, dynamic capacity, reproducibility, and durability.
  • Maximum resolution is achieved from the efficiency of small, perfectly spherical monodispersed particles optimally packed in columns coupled with the excellent selectivities of the Q ion exchangers.
  • Compatible with ÄKTA® design, FPLC System, and other high-performance LC systems.
  • MonoBeads are also available as Mono P® for chromatofocusing

Storage and Stability

Store at 4 to 30 °C (20% Ethanol)
