Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against lipopolysaccharide components of the bacterial cell wall and also with lipopolysaccharide from free-living cultures of Rhizobium strains 3841 and B155.
Immunogen
Sonicated bacteroid material from Rhizobium leguminosarum strain 3841 and strain B155
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
