General description

Axygen® Filter Barrier tips offer a universal design compatible with various pipettes for ease of use. They are available in a rack format, allowing for convenient and organized storage. Additionally, unique filtration functions and reliable performance provide enhanced sample protection and contamination control during pipetting tasks.

Application

Pipette filter tips have been used in:

  • microbiological and DNA amplification process
  • diagnostics

Features and Benefits

  • To hinder and block aerosols, the filter creates a barrier within the tip, preventing cross-contamination between samples
  • This polyethylene filter, devoid of DNA inhibitor, is robotically put into the tip to avoid nuclease contamination
  • To avoid contamination, filter tips are stored with lids in sealed-bottom racks
  • Sterile and free from RNase/DNase
  • Nonpyrogenic
