IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that modulate several immune responses. Rabbit IgGs against target proteins are often used as primary antibodies in various research applications. Thus, secondary anti-rabbit IgGs conjugated to a detectable substrate are useful tools for the analysis of target proteins. Goat anti-rabbit IgGs associate with rabbit IgGs.
Immunogen
rabbit IgG F(ab′)2 fragment
Application
Atto 488-goat anti-rabbit IgG F(ab′)2 fragment, whole molecule antibody can be used for fluorescence-based immunoassays.

There are seven ligands for the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) ErbB1 and two ligands for ErbB3. EGFR can form a homodimer or a heterodimer with ErbB3. In this study, we investigated whether homodimers or heterodimers, and which ligand, play
