General description

Salmosyst Broth Base enriches all the microorganisms present in the sample material during non-selective pre-enrichment. The addition of the selective reagents in the form of Salmosyst Selective Supplement inhibits the growth of the accompanying organisms, except Salmonella spp.

Application

Salmosyst Selective Supplement is an additive for the preparation of Salmosyst Broth Base. It is used for the two-step enrichment of sub-lethally injured Salmonella spp. from foodstuffs and feeds.
