General description

  • Spinbar® magnetic stir bar is used in conjunction with a magnetic stirring plate for uniform, consistent, and thorough mixing of chemical solutions.
  • Alnico magnet encapsulated in durable and inert FDA grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) low friction coating.
  • Multi-faceted-shaped bars provide a greater surface area and added turbulence for more vigorous, thorough mixing.
  • Autoclave safe.
Leakproof, seamless, polished, and contains a permanent Alnico V magnet. Egg-shape bar is designed especially for use in round-bottom vessels.
Used in conjunction with a magnetic stirring plate, Spinbar® stir bars create uniform, consistent, and thorough mixing of chemical solutions.
