Application
- Quantitative analysis of nine types of virus-like particles in human papilloma virus bulk by size-exclusion chromatography: This study conducted a quantitative analysis of nine types of virus-like particles (VLPs) in human papilloma virus (HPV) bulk using size-exclusion chromatography (SEC). The Zenix-C SEC-300 Gel Filtration Column, 3 m mu m, was utilized to achieve high-resolution separation of the VLPs. The application of this gel filtration column enabled accurate and reproducible quantification of the VLPs, which is crucial for the quality control of HPV vaccines.
